Position Overview
Our client is an established law firm that is experiencing significant growth. They are considered a powerhouse in the field of plaintiff's side wage-and-hour class action litigation, and currently have the following opportunities for the right attorney.
Qualifications

Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in California or pending admission to the California bar.

Experience:

First-Year Associate: 0–2 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on class actions, wage-and-hour, or employment law preferred.

Associate Attorney: 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation, including experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.

Senior Attorney: 5–10 years of experience in complex civil litigation, with a proven track record in class actions and multi-party litigation.

Skills: Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
